A small Victorian mahogany half seconds wall regulator, signed on the eight inch silvered dial W. Davis & Sons, Chronometer, Watch & Clock Manufacturers. No. 2859. The high quality eight day movement with spring barrel, chain fusee and maintaining power. The half-seconds beating deadbeat escapement is mounted on the backplate. Heavy pendulum bob with calibrated regulation nut, swinging against a silvered beat scale.
