Giant carriage clock with brass and bronze patinated case, brass foliate carrying handle above bevelled glass, brass turned side columns with bevelled glasses to the sides and a brass bezel to the three and a half inch round gilt floral engraved and engine turned dial signed Craighead & Webb, Royal Exchange, London, with Roman hour numerals and blued steel hands. Ogee moulding to the case standing on brass bun feet. The eight day movement numbered 1601 with chain fusee and 'Harrisons' maintaining power with lever platform escapement, signed on the backplate Craighead & Webb late C. Williamson Royal Exchange London.
